All Tito, All the Time

Brief late night spot here before WMYM hits the sack to get ready for another big mystery announcement tomorrow. OK, just kidding. There's no reason to believe another bombshell is coming manana. But it might.

Regardless, almost simultaneous with the last WMYM post, Gordon Edes started a flood of Extra Bases posts that caught the blog up on all the info Clubhouse Insider had previously dropped. Buried beneath those posts, however, is a gem from boston.com staffer Gary Dzen, who breaks a minor league deal between the Sox and erstwhile Angels ace Bartolo Colon. Whether he can give the Sox rotation a colonoscopy is another question, and a bad pun, as clearly shown here.

Naturally, there'll be more WMYM material dedicated to Senor Colon tomorrow, once recovery from the stunning realization that Jennifer Garner gets weepy-eyed at the appearance of any living being is complete.

For now though, enjoy Tito on his new deal which, as Edes intimated on Extra Bases, puts him in the "upper echelon" of manager salaries.
